Client funds
Client balances are tracked in a segregated, immutable double-entry ledger. Deposits are only credited once settlement is confirmed, and withdrawals require finance and compliance approval before release.
Anti-money laundering
ApexVest operates a risk-based AML programme. We verify identity and source of funds, screen transactions against limits, and may request additional information or restrict an account where required by law.
Privacy
We collect only the personal data needed to operate your account and meet regulatory obligations. Identity documents are stored in encrypted private storage accessible only to authorised compliance reviewers.
Fees
Management, performance, early-exit and payment processing fees are published per product and per channel before you confirm any transaction. We do not charge undisclosed spreads on published mandates.
